Northern Ireland Travel Things To Do In Northern Ireland

I am happy to share my Northern Ireland travel guide with you! It has 24 awesome things to do for every hour of the day.

I recently traveled to Northern Ireland to find 24 incredible moments that travelers can experience… one for each hour of the day.

I had spent my very first trip a few years ago exploring Belfast and venturing to the Causeway Coast on a day trip, but I had barely scratched the surface. That’s why I was delighted to return to Northern Ireland, this time with a lot of time and an itinerary that would take me across the country.

So why do travelers like to visit Northern Ireland? It is a combination of breathtaking landscapes, rich history, friendly people, exciting adventures and, of course, delicious food. But what really sets Northern Ireland apart are its people. Warm, witty and always ready with a story, you will feel at home.

From food tours to Game of Thrones experiences, coastal walks and haunted castle visits, here’s a look at the things to do and what I experienced in this Northern Ireland travel guide.

Things to Do in Northern Ireland: 24 awesome experiences!

Enjoy Cocktails at the Merchant Hotel
One of my activities in Belfast was a Cocktail party at the Merchant Hotel. With an elegant and elegant atmosphere that is not ostentatious and a stunning cocktail selection, it is easy to understand why this cocktail bar has been voted the best in the world by Tales of the Cocktail. It’s a fun place to end the evening or start the night, depending on your style.

The Merchant Hotel whispers stories about its eventful past from every corner. Originally built as a bank in the 19th century, the conversion into a luxury hotel was simply spectacular. The architecture alone is a feast for the eyes. It has a breathtaking facade and an exquisite interior that pays to its heritage. Think of the grandiose marble, the high ceilings and an opulent decor that will transport you back in time.

Location, Location, Location – the Merchant Hotel offers an enviable location. Located in the Cathedral quarter, it is the ideal starting point to explore the rich culture, history and enjoyment of Belfast. The cobbled streets, lively pubs, galleries and shops are just a few steps away.

However, what really sets the Merchant Hotel apart is its unsurpassed Service. I felt like I was being treated like a king. The staff does everything possible to make you feel at home with your Cocktail.

Enjoy the nightlife at the Bullitt Hotel

In addition, Belfast has a legendary nightlife and after visiting a few Pubs, I ended the night at The Bullitt Hotel, where there was a live DJ Set. This was another lively place with great Cocktails, so get thirsty!

When the sun dips below the horizon in Belfast, the city does not sleep; it comes to life for travelers and locals! There is something absolutely magical about the atmosphere of the Belfast nightlife. I would describe it as lively, diverse and frankly very funny. You have Ads. You have discos. And everything else in between.

Whether you want a quiet beer, a dance party or just the atmosphere of this lively city, Belfast is here for you. It’s not just the places or the activities; it’s the feeling of being welcomed into a community, of experiencing the heartbeat of the city in its most lively form. That’s why travelers continue to fall in love with Belfast after dark.
